Beamreach is a small, founder-led company. We build automation for law firms and cloud teams, and we take on consulting and custom development when the problem is worth solving.
The name
A beam reach is when the wind hits a sailboat at 90°. The sail stops being pushed and starts working like a wing, and, surprisingly, the boat sails faster than with the wind behind it.
That's the role we want to play for you: an outside force, coming at your goals from a different angle than your team does.
The banana phone
The first Beamreach, beamreach.org, had a website of three pictures. One was a telephone with a banana for a handset. It meant one thing: we pick up.
The company has changed since then. That rule hasn't.
What we stand for

Make complexity useful.
Most of what we touch starts as a tangle: too many tools, half-documented processes, infrastructure nobody has fully mapped. Our job is to turn it into something you can actually use.

Quality through iterations.
The first version won't be perfect, and we won't pretend it is. We ship, look at how it behaves in real life, and keep improving it.

Open charts.
You navigate with the same map we do: progress, problems and the reasoning behind every change. White is white, grey is grey.

True north.
Tools change, trends change, the weather changes. Our values don't.

Ilia Dubovskii, founder
Ilia is an engineer who has spent years running cloud infrastructure and automation for other companies, and now builds Beamreach's products.
